This has required resilience, clarity of direction and sound consistent business judgement.From the Workshop Floor to the BoardroomMy career began as an engineering apprentice qualifying as an HGV technician within the truck industry before progressing through service, sales, management and leadership roles to CEO and Managing Director level, before founding, developing and successfully selling my own Renault Dealership over a period 26 years.Each stage of that journey brought new responsibilities, new challenges and valuable lessons in people, leadership and business.Having worked at every level within an organisation, I understand first hand the realities faced by employees, supervisors, managers, directors and business owners alike. This breadth of experience provides a perspective that can only be gained through lived experience.Today, I draw upon those experiences to support individuals, leaders and business owners as they navigate challenges, recognise opportunities, make important decisions and move forward with confidence.
