Having built, led and delivered a wide range of ventures, I understand the realities of decision making, uncertainty and responsibility. My approach is shaped by real world experience attained during a comprehensive career extending from an engineering apprenticeship to CEO / Executive Director and the many roles in between, consistently featuring business acumen, resilience and a clear sense of direction.
